CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

The board of directors (the "Board") of Henderson Land Development Company Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that for the purpose of determining the entitlement to an interim dividend of HK$0.50 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2018, the Register of Members of the Company will be closed from Friday, 7 September 2018 to Monday, 10 September 2018, both days inclusive, during which period no transfer of shares will be registered. The interim dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company on Monday, 10 September 2018.

In order to qualify for the interim dividend, all transfer documents accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged for registration with the Company's share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at Rooms 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong not later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 6 September 2018. The interim dividend will be distributed to shareholders on Tuesday, 18 September 2018.
