Supplemental Announcement

on entrusted wealth management of idle self-owned funds

Reference is made to the announcement of Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. (the "Company") dated 26 November 2018 (the "Announcement") in relation to entrusted wealth management of idle self-owned funds.

The Company would like to supplement the following information in relation to the investment method:

The idle self-owned fund to be used for entrusted wealth management will only be entrusted to commercial banks to conduct short term low-risk investment for wealth management instead of "entrusted to financial institutions such as commercial banks, trustee companies, securities companies, fund house and insurance companies to conduct short term low-risk investment for wealth management" as stated in the Announcement.
