Intel Shooting Star Mini Drones Make the Holiday Season Even Brighter for the Annual Christmas Spectacular in New York City

This holiday season, Intel® Shooting Star™ mini drones are taking to the stage to delight audiences in 'The Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes.'

During this year's new final scene, up to 100 Intel mini drones will create a groundbreaking magical holiday drone light show over the Great Stage of Radio City using choreographed movements to create holiday-themed silhouettes. This large-scale integrated drone performance will mark the first of its kind for theater and for Intel.

AT&T Brings Unique Intel Drone Light Show and Grammy-Nominated Cellist Tina Guo to 1 Powell St. Flagship Store in San Francisco to Celebrate Pride Weekend

AT&T is kicking off Pride weekend in San Francisco on Friday, June 22, with Intel's first public performance of an indoor drone light show since its debut at CES 2018 in January. Audiences will see a fleet of 50 Intel® Shooting Star™ Mini drones light up 1 Powell Street at night. The drones will be accompanied by internationally acclaimed and Grammy-nominated acoustic/electric cellist Tina Guo, who will perform a live rendition of the song 'Born this Way' by Lady Gaga. Intel has created an entirely new entertainment concept by producing drone-based light shows previously seen at the 2018 Winter Olympics, Super Bowl LI Halftime Show with Lady Gaga and at the Coachella Music Festival. This is the first public performance using the new Intel Shooting Star Mini drones, which are designed for indoor and outdoor venues with a lightweight structure that can emit more than 4 billion color combinations.
