Subject : The appointment of auditors

The Stock Exchange of Thailand

According to IRPC Public Company Limited ("the Company")'s SET Notification dated 30 March 2020 had announced the postponement of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2020 ("AGM") until the outbreak of Coronavirus ("COVID-19") be resolved. Therefore, the agenda regarding the appointment of auditors and the approval of audit fee for the year 2020 were postponed.

Nonetheless, the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") announced the Notification of Capital Market Supervisory Board Tor Jor 28/2020 dated 27 March 2020 that listed companies, which are unable to have AGM and appoint company's auditors, are able to submit the company's financial statements for the first quarter of 2020 reviewed by the auditors in the list of auditors approved by SEC and appointed by the company's board of directors. Additionally, the company is required to propose the agenda of appointment of the company's auditors as aforementioned in the upcoming AGM.

In this regard, the Company's Board of Directors at the meeting No. 2/2020 on 12 February 2020 has resolved to approve the appointment of previous year auditors from Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Jaiyos Audit Company Limited as the Company's auditors of the first quarter of the year 2020, which the Company will propose for approval by the upcoming AGM for the appointment as per the following names:

1.	Mr. Mongkol Somphol	Certified Public Accountant No. 8444 or
2.	Mr. Kiatniyom Kuntisook	Certified Public Accountant No. 4800 or
3.	Mr. Wonlop Vilaivaravit	Certified Public Accountant No. 6797
	The audit fee maintained the same until further approval by the AGM.
