Please be informed that the IRPC's Board of directors meeting number 4/2018 held on 18 April 2018 has passed the resolution as follows:

• 1. Selected Mr.Tevin Vongvanich to be the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

• 2. Appointed 5 subcommittee members effective from 19 April 2018 onwards :

1) General Sasin Thongpakdee	Member of the Corporate Governance committee
2) General Theppong Tippayachan	Member of the Corporate Governance Committee
