On January 14, 2020, JPMorgan Chase & Co. ("JPMorgan Chase" or the "Firm")
reported 2019 fourth quarter net income of $8.5 billion, or $2.57 per share,
compared with net income of $7.1 billion, or $1.98 per share, in the fourth
quarter of 2018. A copy of the 2019 fourth quarter earnings release is attached
