TULSA, Okla. (AP) _ Mid-Con Energy Partners LP (MCEP) on Monday reported first-quarter net income of $1.6 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.

The Tulsa, Oklahoma-based company said it had net income of 7 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for asset impairment costs, came to 70 cents per share.

The oil and natural gas producer posted revenue of $38.5 million in the period.

In the final minutes of trading on Monday, the company's shares hit $2.86. A year ago, they were trading at $7.64.
