Netbay Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company, which is engaged in the provision and development of computer software used in the transmission of information electronically. The Company operates through two segments: e-Business and e-Service. The e-Business segment develops an e-business product and presents it to the user in the form of services software as a service (SaaS). The e-Service segment is engaged in providing an e-business service for business segment to Government (B2G) transactions, and business segment-to-business segment (B2B) transactions. The Company’s e-business services include e-Customs Declaration, e-Express e-Manifest, e-Customs Permit, e-Payment, e-Transit/Transshipment, e-Single Entry Form NSW, e-Tax Invoice & e-Receipt, and Intelligent Box. The Company’s subsidiaries include Cloud Creation Company Limited, which provides cloud computing, and Fynnet Ventures Company Limited, which is involved in blockchain, facilitating the global trade value chain.
