Shareholders accepted all motions at the 2019 AGM

Milan, Italy - April 2, 2019 - Newron Pharmaceuticals S.p.A. ("Newron") (SIX: NWRN), a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of novel therapies for patients with diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system, announces that shareholders approved all motions on the agenda of its shareholders' annual meeting held in Bresso, Italy, today, including the approval of the Company's financial statements as of 31 December 2018. Furthermore, shareholders appointed the statutory auditors under Italian law and the audit company, both for a three-year term. About 27.7% of Newron's total capital of 17,845,345 shares were represented at the meeting.
