ORIX JREIT Announces the Impact of Typhoon Trami

ORIX JREIT Inc. ("OJR") would like to express our heartfelt sympathy to everyone affected by Typhoon Trami, the season's twenty-fourth typhoon.

At this time, OJR confirmed that the impact of the typhoon to OJR's properties and performance is minimal and that no human damage has occurred on the properties although some of the properties had damages including water leakage and broken glass.

An update shall be provided in case any damages that may affect material impact on OJR's operating results are found.
