Contract in Mozambique

RBR Group (ASX: RBR) is pleased to provide the following further information to the announcement dated 11 December 2018 regarding RBR winning a contract to assess workers for Mozambican projects.

The purpose of the contract referred to in the 11 December 2018 announcement (Contract), between CCS Joint Venture and RBR's subsidiary, Futuro Skills Mozambique Lda, is to assess and verify the competency of suitably qualified and experienced Mozambicans.

The Contract is an element of the broader Skills Fairs program, a partnership between the Government of Mozambique and Anadarko Petroleum.

Although the potential revenue RBR may derive from the contract is contingent on factors yet to be decided, such as assessment locations and the number of candidates to be assessed, RBR expects to earn revenues exceeding US$250,000 over an initial six-week period, with the opportunity for potential contract extensions, subject to agreement between the parties.

The Contract, while one of several related to the Skills Fairs program, is significant to RBR as the processes and activities it involves closely match the activities that RBR will perform in Mozambique when implementing its local business model. The outcomes of the Skills Fairs will be an important lead indicator in local content strategy for major projects in Mozambique.

RBR confirms that it is not aware of any further material information and is in compliance with ASX Listing Rule 3.1.
