VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT SETTLEMENT OF ACQUISITION OF INTERESTS

IN A FACTORING SERVICES COMPANY

This announcement is a voluntary announcement made by the board of directors (the "Board") of Shougang Concord Grand (Group) Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the"Group").

References are made to the announcement of the Company dated 13 June 2018, the circular of the Company dated 4 September 2018 (the "Circular"), the poll results of the Company dated 19 September 2018 and the announcements of the Company dated 31 December 2018 and 31 May 2019 in relation to the Transactions. Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used herein shall have the respective meanings as those defined in the Circular.

The Board is pleased to announce that the necessary approvals from the relevant competent PRC regulatory authorities in respect of the First Transaction had been obtained and all conditions precedent to the First Agreement had been satisfied. The settlement date of the First Transaction was 24 July 2019.
