Notice Regarding Result of Acquisition of Treasury Shares by Own Share Repurchase Trading (ToSTNeT-3) and Completion of Treasury Share Acquisition

Suzuken Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") announced today that it conducted purchasing for the acquisition of treasury shares announced yesterday (May 15, 2017). The Company also announced that this has completed the acquisition of treasury shares in accordance with a resolution adopted by a meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 11, 2017.
