On July 4, 2023, Frontier Field Co., Ltd. closed the transaction. The company raised an equity round of funding led by new investor Suzuken Co., Ltd. The transaction included participation from new investors NCB Venture Investment Limited Partnership, a fund managed by NCB Venture Capital Co., Ltd, PARAMOUNT BED-SBI Healthcare Fund No. 1 Investment Limited Partnership, a fund managed by SBI Investment Co., Ltd. and Yamanashi Chugin SDGs Fund L.P, a fund managed by Yamanashi Chugin Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Investment Arm.
The shares are issued through third-party allotment method.
Suzuken Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of pharmaceutical products. The Company operates in four business segments. The Pharmaceutical Wholesale segment sells pharmaceuticals, diagnostic drugs, and medical equipment and materials, among others.
