Successful Capital Increase of Swiss Finance & Property Investment AG

The capital increase for Swiss Finance & Property Investment AG, announced on 21 June 2017, has been successfully completed. 99.8% of the registered shares of Swiss Finance & Property Investment AG of- fered in the capital increase were acquired through the exercise of subscription rights. The 1,072 of- fered shares, which were not purchased, have been placed in full within the scope of the free place- ment. The success of this transaction was confirmed by the high percentage of exercised subscription rights. This issue has created gross proceeds of CHF 62.7 million for the company. The first trading day for the newly created shares is anticipated to be 7 July 2017. The new number of registered shares in circulation with a nominal value of CHF 12.60 will be 2'729'551.

A large part of the funds is intended to exercise the purchase right acquired on 21 July 2017 for the site in Münchenstein and Arlesheim next to Basle, and will therefore affect net income immediately. Lead manager of the transaction was Zürcher Kantonalbank. Swiss Finance & Property AG acted as selling agent.
