CHANGE OF COMPOSITION OF BOARD COMMITTEES

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Tianjin Binhai Teda Logistics (Group)

Corporation Limited* (the "Company") hereby announces the following change of the composition of Board committees of the Company:

the Board has resolved to appoint Mr. Peng Zuowen, an independent non-executive Director, as a member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee under the Board with effect from 12 November 2018 until the expiry of the term of the then session of the Board and renewable upon re-election.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises of Mr. Yang Weihong as executive Director; Ms. Peng Bo, Miss Tse, Theresa Y Y, Mr. Yang Xiaoping and Mr. Zheng Yuying as non-executive Directors; and Mr. Cheng Xinsheng, Mr. Japhet Sebastian Law, Mr. Peng Zuowen and Mr. Zhou Zisheng as independent non-executive Directors.
