Bi Guang Wu

Bi Guang Wu is a Professor and Head of Faculty of Law at North China University of Technology, where he has been working since 1989.
He was a Professor at Zhengzhou University Law School from 1984 to 1989.
Mr. Wu has also served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co., Ltd.
from 2004 to 2011, and at Yadea Group Holdings Ltd.
from 2014 to 2023.
He was also an Independent Director at Tianjin Troila Information Technology Co., Ltd.
Mr. Wu holds a graduate degree from Peking University, which he received in 1996, and a graduate degree from China University of Political Science & Law, which he received in 1984.
Currently, Mr. Wu is working as a Professor and Head of Faculty of Law at North China University of Technology.
