Mr. Tam joined Ares Private Equity Group in August 2004.
Prior to joining Ares, Mr. Tam was in the Financial Sponsors and Restructuring Group at UBS Investment Bank where he worked on restructurings, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and debt financings across various industries.
Mr. Tam graduated cum laude with a BS in Economics from University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Management.
