Ms Anita Wilén-Koort, Partner and Investment Manager, joined GZ Group in May 2000 and is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, managing transactions, investments and GZ Group’s existing portfolio companies.
She has a focus on drug discovery, development, biotech tool suppliers and health care information technology.
Ms Wilén-Koort currently serves as board member in Index Pharmaceuticals AB and deputy board member in Neoventa Medical AB.
Before joining GZ Group, Ms Wilén-Koort held various managerial positions at Pharmacia & Upjohn AB.

Most recently Ms Wilén-Koort worked as Global Business Intelligence and Marketing Research Manager supporting two different strategic product areas in the company – Urology and Ophthalmology involving global launches of Detrusitol/Detrol and Xalatan, both best selling products in their respective class.
Xalatan has sales exceeding 1 billion USD and Detrusitol/Detrol is expected to reach 1 billion USD in sales in near future.
Ms Wilén-Koort has a B Sc in Business Administration from Uppsala University and an Executive MBA from Stockholm School of Economics.
