Prior to joining Roth, Mr. Wadhawn worked in India for Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd., a leading access equipment provider, where he focused on budget accounting and performance reporting of different cost/profit centers.
Mr. Wadhawan holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Accountancy and a Master's Degree in Commerce/Economics from University of Delhi, and a Master's Degree in Finance from San Diego State University.
In addition, he has been a Sun certified programmer for Java 2 platform and an IBM Certified Programmer for E-Commerce Application Development.
