Antoine Bigirimana

Antoine Bigirimana is a co-founder of Thousand Hills Venture Fund.
He is a Managing Director of THVF and serves on the Advisory Board of THVF.
As a Rwandan American, Bigirimana is a central figure in Rwanda’s information and communication technologies (ICT) community.
With his reputation as a consultant on ICT strategies in East Africa, Bigirimana has spoken at several conventions in Africa and the United States.
As a prominent entrepreneur and businessman in the United States, Bigirimana founded and built a successful software company in the San Francisco Bay Area (Electronic Tools Company).
Outside of work, Bigirimana spends most of his time as a philanthropist, supporting the Kigali Center for Entrepreneurs.
He also was the Chairman of the non-profit E-ICT Training Center for IT workers.
