Mr. Grayson is President of Falcon Point Capital, formerly EGM Capital.
Prior to joining EGM, Mr. Grayson was a Vice President of J.P.
Morgan in San Francisco, where he serviced the investment needs of hedge funds, corporations, venture capital firms, endowments/foundations and wealthy individuals.
Prior to J.P.
Morgan, he was a Vice President of Montgomery Securities in San Francisco.
In addition, Mr. Grayson practiced law for ten years in government, law firm and corporate settings.
He was the chief legal officer of a global food and vitamin company in Los Angeles, a litigator in a San Francisco law firm, and in 1991 was appointed by President George Bush to serve as the Principal Deputy General Counsel of the Army in Washington D.C.
While in the Pentagon he had oversight of the Army's 2700 lawyers worldwide and was awarded the Outstanding Civilian Service Medal by the Secretary of the Army.
Mr. Grayson graduated from St. Ignatius College Preparatory, received his BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his juris doctorate from the University of San Francisco.
He has served on the board of directors of several civic and charitable organizations and as a finance co-chairman for presidential, state and local political campaigns.
He is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section State Bar of California, and passed the Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
