Brian K. Harrington

Mr. Harrington joined SPACEHAB in January 2004 and serves at the Company's Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining the Company, he held similar positions at the publicly-traded Kirby Corporation and as a financial consultant and manager.
His corporate and consulting experience includes acquisitions, bank financings, public and private placement debt, public equity transactions, divestures, and recapitalizations.
A Certified Public Accountant, he began his career in the U.S Army, First Armored Division, where he served as Deputy Division Finance Officer during the Viet Nam conflict.
