Mr. Cooke joined Tri-Artisan on May 5, 2010.
Mr. Cooke co-founded Cofunds, an investment platform for independent financial advisors and other financial intermediaries in the UK.
In addition to writing the company’s business plan, he initially served as Cofunds’ Chief Financial Officer and played an instrumental role in securing over $100 million of funding from strategic investors.
Cofunds is now the largest independent investment platform in the UK with over $40 billion under custody.
Prior to starting Cofunds, Mr. Cooke was an investment banker in the Communications, Media and Entertainment Group at Goldman Sachs & Co. Prior to Goldman, he was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and worked in the Financial Sponsors Group (Head of M&A and New Idea Generation) and the Consumer & Industrial Group.
Mr. Cooke received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA, cum laude, in Economics from Harvard College.
