Bruno Rigal

Mr. Bruno Rigal is a Founding Partner of Osiris Partners.
Prior to founding Osiris, he worked for more than 20 years as an investment banker in France, the United Kingdom and the United States, in the fields of Corporate Finance and LBOs.
He started his career in 1984 with Credit Lyonnais in Paris and later in New York where he was in charge of financing large European corporates growing organically or through acquisitions in North-America.
He subsequently moved to Paris where he worked on the origination and execution of structured private placements of debt and equity securities before running the bank’s Financial Engineering activities for European subsidiaries of US corporates.
In 1994, he moved to Deutsche Bank to set up the bank's Structured Finance business in France.
He hired 10 professionals to develop two product lines: Project Finance and Leveraged Finance.
Following the successful development of both activities targeting large French corporates and European LBO funds, he joined Deutsche Bank.
Alex Brown (formerly Bankers Trust) in New York in 1998.
As a Managing Director of the Financial Sponsors Group, he advised and financed US venture capital and LBO funds on acquisitions, divestitures and IPOs.
In 2001, he transferred to Deutsche Bank's Financial Sponsors Group in London where he led major investment banking transactions for European and US private equity funds in the Telecom and General Industrials sectors.
Mr. Rigal is fluent in French and English.
He graduated from Lyon Graduate School of Business - France.
He also passed the New York Stock Exchange / NASD securities laws and regulations exams (United States) and the FSA regulatory exam (United Kingdom).
He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
