Chang Shan is the founder of China International Holdings Ltd., which was founded in 1997.
He currently holds the position of Executive Chairman at China International Holdings Ltd.
Mr. Shan is also the founder of CIGIS (China) Ltd., Cihl Tianjin Haihe Development Ltd., and China Inst of Geotechnical Investigation & Surveying Co. Ltd.

and Cihl Tianjin Haihe Development Ltd.
Additionally, Mr. Shan holds various director positions at CIHL City Development Ltd., Beijing Zhongyuandatong Real Estate Develop Co. Ltd., Tianjin Kun Bridge Innovation Investment Ltd.
