Mr. Ciaran W.
Carr, CFA, is a Head of Solutions Strategy at Legal & General Investment Management America, Inc. He joined Legal & General Investment Management in 2015 as a Solutions Strategist.
In 2018, he was promoted to Senior Solutions Strategist.
He is responsible for the development and structuring of customized investment solutions for firm's client base.

Prior to joining Legal & General Investment Management America, Mr. Carr was the Chief Investment Officer of Legal & General Reinsurance in Bermuda, where he was responsible for developing the investment strategy for the new pension risk transfer business.
Prior to this role, he worked in portfolio construction for the Legal & General Investment Management Solutions business in the UK for several years, where he was responsible for designing and implementing risk management solutions for Legal & General Investment Management pension clients.
He graduated from The University of Edinburgh with a MA (Honors) in Mathematics and Economics and is a CFA charter holder.
