The Office Assets segment focuses in the central Dublin completed office buildings, all of which are generating rental income. The Residential Assets segment contains the income generating multi-tenanted residential assets. The Industrial and Other assets segment contains industrial units, land and other minor assets, such as retail. The Central Assets and Costs segment include head office assets and expenses. The company was founded by Kevin Nowlan and Frank O'Neil on August 13, 2013 and is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.
