Dan Moskowitz

Dan is a Partner at Third Point Ventures focusing on investments in devops, infrastructure, next-gen gaming, and cybersecurity.
He is currently a director on the boards of Blameless and led Third Point Ventures’ investment in Genvid and observes that board.
In addition, he currently observes the boards of Ahana, Sysdig, and NextSilicon.
Dan was previously a Manager at Cisco Investments where he was responsible for M&A and investments in cybersecurity and across the enterprise stack.
Dan also spent time as a product manager at Unity Technologies, marrying his software engineering background and passion for gaming to build and launch monetization products for the Unity publisher dashboard.
Dan started his technical career at Lockheed Martin, where he participated in the Engineering Leadership Development rotational program, graduating through roles in software engineering, program management, business development, and strategy.
As an engineer at Lockheed Martin, Dan had responsibilities across several Department of Defense programs including RF modeling and simulation for radar and comms systems, as well as writing machine learning software for DARPA programs (his top-secret security clearance has long since lapsed).
Dan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
While at Harvard, Dan was both co-president of Harvard Business School’s beer brewing club as well as co-chairman & organizer of HBS Tech Conference, the largest technology conference in the US MBA system which draws hundreds of participants and renowned speakers from tech and venture capital from around the world.
