Prior to joining M&A, Mr. Baransky rose to the level of Vice President at Fox-Pitt, Kelton, where he served from 2000 to 2008.
In this capacity he was a sell side analyst of property casualty and more recently life insurance companies.
In this role he had extensive contact with insurance industry executives and provided stock advice based upon comprehensive research and valuation work to potential investors.
In addition, he worked on marketing several insurance industry IPOs.
Mr. Baransky received his BS in Economics and Finance from Bryant College and completed the Certificate in Accounting from Quinnipiac College.
