Mr. Lipton joined FGG in 2002 after nine years at Ernst & Young, where he was a Senior Manager in the Financial Services Assurance and Advisory Business Services Department, in charge of auditing and consulting engagements, specializing in private equity, venture capital, domestic and offshore funds.
Mr. Lipton has also taught seminars on financial products and hedge funds.
Mr. Lipton received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Tufts University and his Masters in Business Administration dual degrees in Accounting and Finance from New York University; he is also a Certified Public Accountant.
