Mr. Keeley joined Phillips, Hager & North Investment Management Ltd.
in 1994 and participated in establishing our Toronto office.
Prior to joining Phillips, Hager & North, Mr. Keeley managed private client portfolios for the investment-counselling subsidiary of a major Canadian insurance company for six years.
Previously, he worked for 20 years in sales and senior management positions with two major Canadian investment dealers.
Mr. Keeley has a BA from Hillsdale College, Michigan (1968).
