Dennis R. Schwartz

Mr. Schwartz joined Deere & Co on a part-time basis in 1967 at the John Deere Des Moines Works in the Student Trainee Program, and began full-time employment in 1971.
He served in a number of accounting and finance roles from 1971 through 1985, at which time he was appointed Assistant Treasurer, Finance.
He was named Assistant Treasurer, Investments in 1987, and in 1990, was named Managing Director, Pension Fund and Investments, a position he held until his most recent appointment.
Mr. Schwartz is a 1969 graduate of Drake University with a bachelor of science degree in accounting.
He received an MBA in finance from the University of Iowa in 1971.
He currently serves on the board of the Moline Foundation, Moline, Illinois.
