Ramanathan has been General Counsel of ImClone Systems, Inc. since September 2004, Senior Vice President since April 2006 and Secretary since November 2004.
Previously, Mr. Ramanathan was Vice President of Legal and Associate General Counsel of ImClone Systems beginning in January 2003.
He joined ImClone Systems in July 2000 as Director of Legal and was promoted to Senior Director of Legal in January 2002 and Assistant Vice President of Legal in August 2002.
Prior to joining ImClone Systems, Mr. Ramanathan was an Attorney at Proskauer Rose LLP.
Mr. Ramanathan received a Law degree from the Harvard Law School and an undergraduate degree from The Johns Hopkins University.
