Sol Voltaics AB provides photovoltaic solar cells. It develops a technology for producing self-assembling and free-flying nanowires in the gas phase; and a process technology for aligning the nanowire diodes self-assembled in the gas phase and vertically depositing them on various substrates to form an array of identical solar cells. The firm also engages in the development of materials and processes for mass production of materials for solar cells. The company was founded by Lars Ivar Samuelson in 2008 and is headquartered in Lund, Sweden.
