J. Keith Kitchen

J.
Keith Kitchen was Principal Accounting Officer of Intellisync Corp.
He joined NetMind Technologies, Inc. in January, 1999 as Controller and later served as Vice President of Finance and Administration from July, 1999 to February, 2000.
He held various positions at Intellect Electronics, Inc. from March,1997 to December,1998 and Bausch & Lomb, Inc. from July, 1990 to March, 1997.
Previously, he served as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Young LLP.
Mr. Kitchen received Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University and he is a graduate of Northwestern University.
