Before founding and serving as chairman of Trees Investment Counsel, Mr. Trees was the co-Founder of Trees Front Associates in 1994, the Founder and President of Trees Trust and Investment Counsel in 1982 and Vice President in the Personal Trust Investment Division of the Northern Trust Company from 1966 through 1982.
Mr. Trees earned an honors degree in Economics from Princeton University in 1966 and graduated with an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago in 1970.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Chartered Investment Counselor.
