Jeanne C. Sinquefield

Jeanne C.
Sinquefield is the head of Dimensional's trading operation, and from the company's inception was instrumental in designing the way the trading room functions.
She also manages portfolios, helps design products, and develops much of the firm's trading methodology and software.
Jeanne has contributed a number of articles to professional and financial publications, and co-authored (with John W.
Labuszewski) a definitive book on options, Inside the Commodity Options Market.
Her résumé includes positions at the Chicago Board of Trade, as research director for the Select Committee on Population, US Congress, and as project specialist for the Ford Foundation in Indonesia.
She holds a Ph.D.
(concentration in demography), an MBA in finance and management systems (Phi Beta Kappa) and an M.A.
from the University of Chicago; and a B.A.
from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Jeanne has been involved with the Boy Scouts of America for many years and serves on the board of BSA's Western Los Angeles Area Council.
