Mr. Jeffrey A.
Rowe, CFA, is a Managing Director at PFM Asset Management LLC.
He is also a senior portfolio manager in PFM’s investment advisory team.
He has been with PFM since 2005 and currently serves as co-head of the firm’s short duration fixed income portfolio management team.
Mr. Rowe is also a member of PFM’s Fixed Income Investment Committee, Economic and Capital Market Outlook Committee, and Fixed-Income Credit Committee.
His primary responsibilities include portfolio management of the firm’s SEC-registered 2a-7 money market mutual fund, local government investment pool (LGIP) portfolios, and short duration separately managed accounts.
In this role, he develops investment strategies with a focus on liquidity management.
His team specializes in the investment and management of all types of money market instruments including U.S.
Treasuries, federal agencies, supranational, commercial paper, certificates of deposit, corporate notes, and repurchase agreements.
He received Bachelor of Science in Finance, minor in Supply Chain and Information Systems Technology from the Pennsylvania State University.
He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
