Jeffrey Edward Shiffra

Mr. Jeffrey E.
Shiffra is Partner at Ironwood Investment Counsel LLC.
He has over 27 years of experience in investment management, estate planning and income tax planning.
He co-founded the firm in February 2001.
Mr. Shiffra began his career at Arthur Andersen, LLP, where he served as a manager in the Private Client Services Division.
While serving in that capacity, he gained considerable experience in sophisticated estate and income tax planning.
In 2000, he joined Bank of America as a senior portfolio manager in the Private Bank where he specialized in fixed income and equity management.
He is a member of CFA Institute, the Phoenix CFA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Scottsdale Boys and Girls Clubs.
Mr. Shiffra received a Masters of Taxation degree from Arizona State University.
He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.
He was awarded the Certified Public Accountant designation in 1997 and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2001.
