John Zheng joined Tishman Speyer in 2010 and is currently responsible for sourcing Chinese capital for the firm’s China business.
He has been closely involved in the launch of the firm’s RMB Fund platform since joining the firm and has previously held roles in Acquisitions, where he helped source and structure deals in China.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, John was part of the real estate finance team at Merrill Lynch in London, where he was responsible for originating commercial mortgage loans in Europe.
He has over a decade of experience in real estate acquisitions, debt financing and equity capital raising in Asia and Europe and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
John holds an LLB from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
