Giza Polish Ventures FIZ invests in companies located in Poland. The fund targets companies operating in the fields of telecommunications, media, internet, e-commerce, cleantech, mobile technologies, nanotechnologies and biotechnology. It provides financing for seed, early, later and growth stage capital requirements with an investment size of PLN 0.5-12 million. It prefers to acquire minority stakes and in some cases acquires majority stakes. It makes co-investments and also takes a seat on the board.
