The firm is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Larch Lane Holdings I LP. They were formerly a subsidiary of Old Mutual Asset Management (OMAM) and Old Mutual plc (LSE: OM). In January 2013, OMAM sold the firm to the senior management team.
