Ms. Harder is a founding member of SightLine Partners.
Prior to joining our predecessor, Piper Jaffray Ventures in 1994, she was in the Accounting Department at Piper Jaffray Companies, where she was responsible for the tax reporting for its corporations and partnerships, in addition to managing the company's private equity investments.
Before joining Piper Jaffray in 1992, she was a tax accountant with Deloitte & Touche for two years.
Ms. Harder received her M.B.A.
from the University of St. Thomas and is a Certified Public Accountant.
