Jessee was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston from May, 1989 to April 1, 2009.
Prior to joining the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of Economics and Corporate Policy, Senior Vice President, Chief Economist, Assistant Vice President, and Director of Research for the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco.
Dr. Jessee was an Economist with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
He is Chairman and a Trustee of the State Street Navigator Securities Lending Trust, a Trustee of Randolph-Macon College, and a Director of Pentegra Defined Benefit Plan for Financial Institutions.
Dr. Jesseek received a BA degree from Randolph-Macon College, and an MA degree, an MBA, and a PhD from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
