Prior to joining QVP, Mr. Azar served as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Noble International, LTD, a NASDAQ traded automotive parts supplier.
He joined Noble in 1996 and completed the Company’s initial public offering of its stock in November 1997, convertible subordinated debentures in August 1998 and a Secondary Offering in the Fall of 2002.
Today, Noble is the industry leader in the production of tailored laser-welded blanks.
Prior to joining Noble, he served as general counsel for River Capital, an investment bank headquartered in Michigan.
He previously practiced law with the firm of Mason, Steinhardt & Jacobs.
He is Vice President of Quantum Value Management LLC .
Mr. Azar holds a BA from Kalamazoo College and received his law degree from the University of Detroit.
