Moore is a Managing Director at The GreensLedge Group LLC.
Prior to joining GreensLedge, she was associated with J.P.
Morgan for more than eight years, most recently as a Vice President in the Global Structured Credit business.
Michelle began her career in 2000 at J.P.
Morgan in the CLO/CDO Structuring and Execution Group focusing on the SEQUILS-MINCS hybrid cash and synthetic loan securitization product.
She has successfully closed securitizations backed by leveraged loans, high-yield corporate bonds, ABS, MBS and trust preferred securities in both cash and synthetic form.
She has in-depth experience with all aspects of structuring and executing securitized products including management of investor and issuer client relationships , cash-flow modeling, legal documentation, rating agency negotiations, and a wide range of other securitization related issues.
She holds a B.A.
degree in Foreign Affairs and Economics from the University of Virginia.
