He concentrates on commercial litigation and arbitration at both the trial and appellate levels.

Mr. Bowen received his bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from Rockhurst College in 1973 and his J.D.
degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1976.
He was a member of the Harvard Law Review (1975-76), and author of "Note: Discovery in Patent Interferences" for the Review.
Mr. Bowen also is an accomplished novelist, having published 14 such works since 1987.
Mr. Bowen is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Bars of numerous federal courts, including the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Seventh, Eighth and Tenth Circuits.
