Her practice focused on providing professional services to large hospital systems in the areas of merger and acquisitions, tax and joint ventures.
She is a licensed attorney and a member of the N.C.
State Bar and the Mecklenburg County Bar Association.
She is a Board Member of Baby Bundles.
Ms. Bourne received a B.A.
with Honors in Political Science from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned a J.D.
and a M.B.A.
from Wake Forest University.
