Neil G. Cumming

Mr. Cumming has over 20 years of investment experience, he is a member of the Investment Strategy Group and the lead portfolio manager for the firm's Small Capitalization Value product.
In addition to managing the portfolios, he also has both trading and research responsibilities for the product.
Mr. Cumming was responsible for developing the Small Cap Value product and has been managing it since 1998.
Prior to WCM, he was a portfolio manager/analyst and member of the Investment Policy Committee at George D.
Bjurman and Associates.
He also spent several years as a fixed income trader at 1st Business Bank of California, and was both a fixed income and equity trader at Security Pacific Bank and Union Bank.
Mr. Cumming received an BS in Finance from California State University, Fullerton and has completed the course requirements for an MBA Degree from California State University, Pomona.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member the Los Angeles Society of Investment Managers.
